Shia LaBeouf & Carey Mulligan Enjoy Romantic Lunch

It looks like British actress Carey Mulligan might have reeled Transformers star Shia LaBeouf out of the singles line.

Mulligan and LaBeouf were spotted enjoying a romantic sidewalk lunch at Extra Virgin in NYC Sunday.  The couple were apparently getting a little hot and heavy on the streets of Greenwich Village.

Both actors are in New York working on filming the Oliver Stone-directed film Money Never Sleeps.
