Over two years after her overdose, Anna Nicole Smith’s boyfriend at the time, Howard K. Stern is being charged with conspiracy to furnish drugs to the troubled star before her death. Two doctors, Sandeep Kapoor, 40, and Khristine Eroshevich, 61, were also charged in the conspiracy for illegally providing Smith with drugs.

The conspiracy charges cover June 2004 to Jan 2007. Among a slew of other charges, the three are accused of “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict.”
