Sucks to be a nice guy on 90210

Looks like Beverly Hills 90210 is losing its leading man.  Actor Dustin Milligan, who plays Ethan Ward, has been let go from the show, according to EW.com.  This will be a huge shake up for the show, as Dustin’s character is part of one of the show’s central couples. 

An insider says that the decision to let Dustin go was not personal, but rather creative. “Everyone loves Dustin. There was just a feeling that the character had run its course.”

The news of his dismissal follows closely on the heels of an announcement that resident bad boy Liam (played by Matt Lanter) will be a regular next year.

So I guess it’s true:  nice guys do finish last.
