At his pre Grammy party, Clive Davis announced that Usher, who had been scheduled to performed had to cancel at the last minute due to a “serious injury in the family”. While reps for Usher refuse to comment, the initial rumor was that his wife Tameka Jones had passed away due to complication from plastic surgery. While it is now believed that this was not the case, Access Hollywood is reporting that Jones had some serious complication post plastic surgery in Brazil and that is indeed why Usher was absent from the big pre Grammy bash. A neurosurgeon is reported to be on the way to Brazil to help Jones.

My only question is why in the Hell was she in Brazil getting plastic surgery? We do have plastic surgeons here in the States, just so you know for next time Tameka.
