Lindsay Lohan, the reining queen of the Hollywood train wrecks has yet another warrant out against her.

The Beverly Hills police department the issued the following statement after the story was broke by Hollyscoop:

“In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued today [March 13] for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”

Sources are saying that Lilo failed to comply with the conditions of her last DUI arrest in 2007. She pled no contest at that time and was ordered to perform 10 days of community service along with 18 months of alcohol education.

And here I was convinced that her next arrest would be for public brawling with girlfriend Sam.

Well, it looks like maybe, just maybe, Lindsay Lohan’s career might be on the upswing.   Rumor has it that Warren Beatty wants her for his next project, on one condition:  she has to live with him.  Now, it isn’t what a lot of you perves are thinking.  By living with Beatty, he can keep an eye on LaLohan, making sure that she shows up for work, isn’t out partying all the time and is basically not going to screw up his movie.  Since Lindsay isn’t a totally sucky actress, this is kinda good news.  

Now if only she could get her love life back on track.  The latest road bump in her non relationship with Sam Ronson involves a sweet serenade of the starlet by her girlfriend.  Well, it would have been sweet if the song wasn’t about basically having your heart ripped out and handed to you on a silver platter.  Ah, tortured love.
