First of all, let’s just talk about how HUGE Kevin Federline has gotten this year.  Holy crap, is that a sheet he’s using for a towel?  My god man, put down the damn Cheetos.

Second, K-Fed is actually being sued for being a big fat slob by the landlords of his Tarzana home who are saying that he has totally trashed the place.

According to TMZ, here’s what K-Fed’s been up to:

- Gutters full of cigarette butts and empty beer bottles
- A broken beer dispenser on the barbecue island
- Permanent spit marks on exterior paint
- Broken light covers
- Bent light posts
- Broken tiles
- Dead trees and plants due to failure to water
- Drawings all over the walls
- A room that was turned into a studio (without the owners’ permission)
- Broken dishwasher … with broken baskets
- Dismantled smoke detectors
- Front driveway oil-leak damage
- Master bathroom windows tinted (without owners’ permission)

Woah.  Life lesson #27490095, don’t ever rent to Kevin Federline.  ‘Nough said.

The court order that gave Britney Spears 50/50 custody with ex-husband Kevin Federline has been extended, at least until the end of the year.

An L.A. County Superior Court extended the order earlier this week that was initially instated for Britney’s concert tour.  K-Fed will still receive his $20,000 per month child support check and will be continuing to cash in on the modern Madonna.

Oh, to be K-Fed.  Where’s our $20K check anyway?
