E! News has the story with an insider revealing that the duo will be getting hitched in the southern city with an unspecified location already picked out and invites on the way.

It comes as no big surprise that Underwood would prefer to be married here after an interview on CMT Radio Live where the singer said she was looking forward to Nashville-area local bakery IveyCake cupcakes instead of a traditional wedding cake for the big day.

We can’t wait to see some pics of this adorable couple getting hitched!  Congrats again!!

Country singer Carrie Underwood has just landed her first big screen role in the movie Soul Surfer about 19-year-old champion surfer Bethany Hamilton who lost an arm in a shark attack.

Underwood is taking on the role of Sarah Hill, a church youth leader in the movie.  Filing for Soul Surfer started in Hawaii this week, congrats Carrie!

Carrie Underwood isn’t wasting her time writing songs about ex-beau Tony Romo, instead Underwood is publicly dissing the Dallas Cowboys quarterback.

When asked if song “Cowboy Casanova” was about Tony, Underwood revealed, ”No, I would never immortalize a guy that did me wrong.  I would never give him that much credit.”

Singing sensation Carrie Underwood is headed to the small screen December 7 for a holiday variety television special.

The American Idol winner will join Dolly Parton, Brad Paisley and David Cook for a holiday spectacular on Fox.  The two-hour special will be one of the first holiday runs of the season and we can’t wait to see Underwood do what she does best!
