You gotta love PETA for their no holds barred way of looking at things, if nothing else. The group is once again listing their top worste dressed celebrities and according to celebedge.com this year’s top one and two so far are a couple. Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have earned the top spots by their constant need to wear dead animals. Kutcher wore a coyote coat while at the Sundance film festival and a PETA spokesperson had this to say about Demi; “She may be a cougar, but that’s not helping fur-loving Demi Moore in the eyes of animal lovers.” Heh heh heh. That’s kinda funny.

Seems that the prankster gods have some serious catching up to do with Ashton Kutcher and are doing so in the form of noisy construction and an early rising next door neighbor. The punk’d star and creator has recently been ranting and raving on line and through video as a direct result of his neighbor’s early construction habits.

Kutcher was recently awaken at – gasp! – 7:30 am by construction going on next door. He then promptly started freaking out, even threatening to kill his neighbor. Here are the highlights of Ashton’s rant:

• Jack ass 7am building a goddamn fort next to my house f’in up my view and noise polluting the entire f’in neighborhood with pounding steal

• holy moly I’m gonna lose it!

• this ass clown has another thing coming!

• I’m gonna kill my neighbor!

The neighbor, screenwriter Bruce Goldsmith, says Ashton is being “silly” and that the construction isn’t breaking any laws, as you can start pounding away at 7:00 am in LA. As for the noise? Goldsmith was nice enough to inform Ashton that “they don’t make hammers covered with rubber.”

Ashton has since made an on line apology to his neighbor for his earlier tirade. Wonder how long it took his lawyers to decide that an on line death treat might not be good for his career?
