Britney being sued – again

Remember when Britney was totally crazy and ran over a photog in 2007?  Well, that incident is coming back to bite her on the behind, since the injured photog is suing Britney and her peeps.

In the lawsuit file by Rick Mendoza, he states that Brit’s handlers “should have known…Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner.”

Seeing as she was so unstable, maybe you should have known not to walk in front of her car?
