MTV keeping it real-ish

Nothing screams reality TV like a casting call to hire the whole freaking cast.  Well, that’s exactly what former Hills star Audrina Partridge is doing for her upcoming MTV reality show, tentatively called The Colony.

Oh, but don’t worry about the show being, like, fake or anything: Audrina has been very involved in choosing the cast of new girl friends.

An insider says, “She wants to make sure they find people she actually wants to get to know.”

Whew, okay, I was worried there for a second!  As long as it’s strangers she actually wants to get to know, then the show will be totally real.
